Terra Vino is firmly committed and adheres to the policy for Responsible Service of Alcohol, as stated under the Liquor Licensing Act.
Please follow all COVID directions as prescribed or communicated directly by Grounded Cru staff whilst at events and adhere to host sites rules and restrictions relating to COVID.
Upon the purchase of Terra Vino wine or products, your nominated credit card will be charged with the appropriate sum, and you will receive a confirmation email of your purchase as well as a notification that your wines have been dispatched.
No credit card details are kept by Terra Vino. All details are entered into the secure payment gateway Stripe.
Terra Vino endeavours to personally deliver wines when possible but uses Couriers Please or Australia Post as their other methods of delivery. Parcels will not be left unattended unless authorisation is given, otherwise a card will be left in your mailbox with redelivery/collection instruction. Terra Vino accepts no responsibility for any theft or damage to your shipment in the event it is left unattended.
Terra Vino has made a concerted effort to give you the customer every opportunity to give a clear and concise delivery instruction. We will give our best effort to ensure product is delivered in proper condition but takes no responsibility for lost items once delivered if authority to leave instruction is prescribed.
